My journey through struggles with cystic acne began in 2008 which has been both challenging and transformative. From the depths of frustration and lost hope, I emerged with a newfound determination to understand and care for my skin. The path led me through a myriad of treatments, from dermatologists to estheticians, across the state of Rhode Island and the Dominican Republic and skin regimens, each with its own promise and disappointment.
